Redemption of exhibitor and stand construction passes
New: the easy admission process for imm cologne!
Instead of receiving exhibitor and stand construction passes in hard copy as before, all exhibitors will receive digital ticket codes by e-mail, which can be redeemed for corresponding exhibitor or stand construction passes in the ticket shop.

How to redeem a ticket code in the Ticket Shop
Admission to the trade fair occurs in three simple steps
1. Redeem your digital admission ticket code
- Every person who needs access to the exhibition grounds must redeem a corresponding ticket code in advance in the Ticket Shop and create a personal Koelnmesse account. Admission tickets are always personalised. This account is also relevant for registration in the imm cologne app.
- When redeeming the ticket code, please make sure to indicate all the days on which you would like to enter the exhibition grounds.
- Please note: A ticket code for a work pass can only be used for the set-up and dismantling phases. A ticket code for an exhibitor pass can be redeemed for both the set-up and dismantling phases as well as during the fair - please note the instructions in the ticket shop.
- After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
2. Download the imm cologne app:
- This year, only digital tickets will be issued. Therefore, it is necessary that you download the imm cologne app. The app will be available for download in the App Store or Play Store from mid-December 2021.
- After logging into the app with the access data of your Koelnmesse account (same access data as in the Ticket Shop), your ticket will automatically appear in the Ticket Wallet of the app.
- Please note that after redeeming your ticket in the Ticket Shop, it may take a few minutes until the ticket is displayed in the app.
3. You arrive at imm cologne:
- You will be granted access to the fair grounds on presenting the admission ticket in the ticket wallet of the imm cologne App.
- You additionally require a EU Digital Covid Certificate (vaccinated, tested, recovered) as well as valid ID. For non-EU citizens without access to the EU DCC certificate, the following exception applies: Click here for all information Click here for all information .

As an exhibtor, a limited contingent of ticket codes for exhibitor and stand construction passes is available to you free of charge. If you need additional ticket codes, you can order them here.
- A ticket code for a stand construction pass costs 30.00 euros.
- A ticket code for an exhibitor pass costs 115.00 euros.
