EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

Under the heading SHOW SAFE, we have compiled all measures that ensure that you can network and keep appointments as usual without jeopardising your own safety or that of others.

This includes the following regulations:

Construction design

Trade fair stands must be planned so that stand personnel and the maximum number of visitors allowed can the minimum distances.

Business contact etiquette

We make it compulsory to adhere to general hygiene requirements such as a minimum distance of 1.5 metres and to refrain from physical contact and shaking hands.

Hygiene

Disinfectants must be provided at each stand; surfaces need to be cleaned regularly respectively after each business meeting.

Events at the stands

All events with party character on the stands are generally prohibited.
