Purchasing admission tickets – Here’s how

You can buy your admission ticket at your convenience at the Ticket Shop. You can download and print out your admission ticket as soon as you have ordered. The proof of purchase will be sent to you by post.
 

Please print out the admission ticket (in original size, black/white) and bring it along with you to the trade fair. You save yourself from having to queue at the ticket office and register at the event.
 

Please note that admission tickets are personalised and thus cannot be transferred. For a return/exchange of the admission ticket, the right of withdrawl applies in accordance with Section 7 of our General Terms an Conditions.

At the Ticket Shop, you can pay only by credit card.

First register at the Ticket Shop. In the column on the left-hand side, you will find the function “Redeem voucher”. Enter the code printed on the voucher in the corresponding field.  

Please note that vouchers are always assigned to a certain type of admission ticket, e.g. voucher for day ticket (see note on the voucher).      

With the  admission ticket, you can use all types of public transport in Cologne
With your admission ticket, you can use all types of public transport of the Rhein-Sieg transport system for free (only in combination with your identity card).

Advance sales prices
Admission tickets ordered through the Ticket Shop will cost the advanced sales prices including January 17, 2011 for the trade visitor days; from January 18, 2011 on, the box office prices are valid.
The advance sales prices for the public days are valid by ordering through the Ticket Shop until January 20, 2011 included; from January 21, 2011 on the box office prices are valid.
In general, you can order admission tickets via the Ticket Shop until January 23, 2011. Be aware off that you will have to pay the box office price from the day the Trade Fair starts.

When ordering a catalogue from the Ticket Shop, you will be issued with a pick-up ticket catalogue.

Present this ticket at the trade fair box office to collect your catalogue.

If you are travelling to our fair from a country whose citizens require a visa for Germany you will need an official letter from Koelnmesse. In order for us to formulate this letter as precisely as possible, you must provide us with various details.
Please complete all of the points listed in the form designated for this purpose. We will then send you the official letter by fax and will also forward a copy to the nearest German consulate in your country.
Would you please inquire about the entry requirements applying to you (e.g. visa requirement) in good time before you come to the event. Would you also please carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Koelnmesse will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa or do not receive it on time, or if you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.

The Ticket Shop is optimised for use with Internet Explorer (from 5.0) and Firefox (from 3.x).
